Plywood is an engineered wood sheet material consisting of fine layers or fine wood veneer strands attached to each other placing 90 degrees of wood grains. It is a type of board that can be described as a mixture of Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) and Chip Board (Particle Board). It is a complex material that attaches wood sheets of resin and fiber.
Plywood has become popular throughout this decade because the content of moisture is relatively low, making it easy to perform various tasks with this. Plywood has become very important to use mainly for outdoor use. Plywood is used by the renowned British powerboat company to build Motor Torpedo Boats and Motor Gun Boats.

Softwood

Marine Plywood
Marine plywood is the type of plywood that can be used in damp, hot, rainy conditions. Also, it can be used for a long time in humidity. The marine plywood layers have too little center distance to know that the wood does not require liquid to be contained within the holes. It is also immune to fungi.
Decorative Plywood
Also called overlaid plywood is decorative plywood. Usually made of ash (Fraxinus sp.), oak (Quercus sp.), red oak (Quercus rubra), birch, maple (Acer sp.), mahogany, Philippine mahogany also known as seraya, rosewood (Dalbergia sisso).
