Structural Design is a civil engineering sub-discipline in which structural engineers are trained to design the’ bones and muscles’ which create the form and shape of man-made structures. Of buildings and nonbuilding systems, structural engineers need to consider and measure the integrity, power, and rigidity of the buildings.

These can also be involved in the design of appliances, surgical equipment, and vehicles where operation and protection are compromised by structural integrity.

The philosophy of structural engineering is focused on applicable physical laws and scientific knowledge regarding the structural efficiency of various materials and geometries. Structural engineering architecture builds complicated structural structures using a number of relatively basic structural engineers. Structural engineers are responsible for using the capital, structural elements, and products effectively and reliably to accomplish these goals.

Structural modeling is a methodical analysis for achieving the economic definition of a system or structural feature in order to safely bear the expected charge. We may obtain the necessary scale, rating, reinforcement, etc. of structural members by applying structural design to withstand the internal forces determined from the structural analysis.
